Responsibilities

- Oversee the scalability and efficiency of large-scale neural networks on distributed cloud architectures.
- Conduct cutting-edge experiments in Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Present complex technical findings to stakeholders and publish peer-reviewed papers at top-tier AI conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure all research adheres to ethical guidelines and industry standards for AI safety and bias mitigation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Deep Learning, Machine Learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing research in renowned journals or conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Strong understanding of distributed computing systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and model versioning tools (e.g., MLflow, DVC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
