Responsibilities
- Lead Research: Spearhead the development of novel algorithms and models for our 2026 product roadmap.
- Model Deployment: Design scalable architectures for training and inference of large language models.
- Data Strategy: Oversee data collection, cleaning, and curation processes to ensure high-quality training sets.
- Mentorship: Guide junior data scientists and engineers in best practices for research and implementation.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate research findings into production-ready features.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research or a senior engineering role in a tech company.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Mathematics: Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability statistics.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
