Responsibilities
- Drive the research and development of proprietary AI models targeting the 2026 production environment.
- Architect scalable deep learning pipelines capable of handling billions of parameters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and ethics) to translate research into deployable solutions.
- Mentor junior researchers and Ph.D. candidates to foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct in-depth research on bias mitigation and AI safety protocols.
- Stay ahead of global AI trends to ensure our roadmap remains competitive and future-proof.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in deep learning research with a focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of publishing at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and distributed training frameworks.
- Strong understanding of neural network optimization and model compression techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
