Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-gen AI frameworks leveraging quantum computing principles
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI solutions for 2026 challenges
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE conferences
- Collaborate with quantum hardware engineers to optimize AI-algorithm performance
- Secure $10M+ in government grants for climate/AI initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates and patent 5+ AI/quantum hybrid systems annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum, Cirq, and D-Wave systems
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale
- Strong background in ethics of autonomous systems and algorithmic fairness
- Experience securing NSF/DoD grants for advanced AI research
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum circuit design
