Responsibilities

- Lead research initiatives focused on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Neural Architecture Search (NAS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge AI models into real-world consumer applications.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency in high-traffic production environments.
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in AI research and emerging 2026 tech trends.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of published research or production-ready systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with deep knowledge of deep learning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and remote-first environment.
