Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable neural network architectures for large-scale deployment.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives focused on Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision.
- Paper to Production: Translate academic research and cutting-edge papers into production-ready code and frameworks.
- Model Optimization: Drive efficiency improvements in model training, inference, and resource utilization.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and ethics) to integrate AI solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of transformer architectures and large language models.
- Research: A strong track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex algorithmic issues and optimize performance.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
