Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art deep learning models for generative applications.
- Optimize neural network architectures for high-performance inference and reduced latency in real-time environments.
- Conduct rigorous research on novel algorithms, contributing to the proprietary 2026 knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise platforms.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with global ethical AI standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, machine learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python and modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or significant contributions to open-source projects.
- Experience with large-scale distributed training and model serving infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced R&D environments.
