Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement advanced deep learning architectures optimized for the performance targets required for 2026 deployment.
- Research Leadership: Lead internal research initiatives focused on Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Scalability Optimization: Translate research prototypes into production-ready, high-performance inference engines capable of handling massive data loads.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to emerging global standards for AI safety, transparency, and bias mitigation.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, and design to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Research Experience: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or patents.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and GPU optimization techniques.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to tackle ambiguous, complex problems with innovative mathematical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
