Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of hybrid AI and quantum computing systems for enterprise-scale applications.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for 2026 innovations, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-enhanced machine learning models into production environments.
- Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concept development for novel algorithms and hardware-software co-designs.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing neural networks for low-latency environments and high-throughput data processing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or quantum computing research.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Qiskit.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistical analysis.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
