As part of our 2026 Initiative, you will be responsible for steering the technical direction of our R&D division, ensuring we remain at the forefront of Artificial General Intelligence and quantum computing integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define the high-level technical strategy for AI integration and quantum computing applications aimed at the 2026 release cycle.
- R&D Oversight: Guide a team of engineers and researchers in developing proof-of-concepts for next-gen algorithms.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Create long-term technical roadmaps that align with business goals and industry trends.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for C-suite executives and investors.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech advancements to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Q#).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate high-level business objectives into technical execution plans.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
