Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable AI architectures that integrate classical machine learning with emerging quantum computing paradigms for the 2026 initiative.
- Model Optimization: Develop and optimize deep learning models to run efficiently on heterogeneous hardware environments.
- Research & Development: Conduct in-depth research on advanced algorithms, pushing the limits of what is possible in 2026 technology.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural discussions.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical software deployment, ensuring robust production pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, AI, or machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Quantum Knowledge: Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong understanding of quantum mechanics applied to computing.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
