Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge in Python, C++, and Rust. Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve complex, abstract problems.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
