Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Ecosystem: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures that integrate quantum hardware with classical cloud infrastructure.
- Lead Advanced AI Research: Spearhead the development of proprietary algorithms that surpass current state-of-the-art performance benchmarks.
- Quantum Optimization: Develop strategies to optimize neural network training for near-term quantum processors.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for our AI products leading up to and beyond the 2026 deployment cycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Information Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in high-level AI architecture and machine learning.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI projects from concept to production.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
