Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI and quantum algorithms tailored for enterprise applications.
- Lead a cross-functional team of researchers, data scientists, and engineers to translate theoretical models into production-ready code.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization of quantum hardware interfaces and AI model inference.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum supremacy, neural networks, and edge computing to propose innovative technical solutions.
- Mentor junior staff and establish best practices for coding, documentation, and system architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (4+ years of experience considered in lieu of advanced degree).
- Proven expertise in Python, C++, and at least one quantum computing framework (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Deep understanding of machine learning principles, including deep neural networks, reinforcement learning, and transformer architectures.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on algorithmic efficiency and scalability.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
