Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable neural network architectures optimized for next-gen quantum hardware integration.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating classical AI models with quantum computing environments using frameworks like Qiskit and Cirq.
- Oversee the development of MLOps pipelines to ensure reproducibility and scalability of AI experiments.
- Conduct research into novel quantum algorithms to improve computational efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to translate complex research into deployable software solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with quantum simulators and quantum programming languages.
- Demonstrated expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
