Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced Machine Learning algorithms and deep learning architectures tailored for real-world autonomous applications.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of roboticists, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into hardware and software ecosystems.
- Optimize existing models for scalability, latency, and accuracy to ensure high-performance deployment in cloud and edge environments.
- Conduct rigorous research and experimentation to stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, such as Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and code contributors, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
