Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models and AI systems for high-scale applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define and solve complex AI requirements.
- Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and speed in real-time environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art deep learning techniques (e.g., Transformers, GANs, Reinforcement Learning).
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of statistics, probability, and data structures.
