Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable ML Pipelines: Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabyte-scale data with high throughput and low latency.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into novel AI architectures and optimization techniques to ensure our solutions are future-proof for the 2026 landscape.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large-scale models (Transformers, GNNs) for inference speed and memory efficiency on cloud infrastructure.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce rigorous standards for AI safety, fairness, and bias mitigation in all deployed models.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Production Deployment: Manage the CI/CD lifecycle of ML models, ensuring seamless integration into production environments using containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of NLP and Deep Learning frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems with data-driven approaches.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
