Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-scale ML pipelines for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead development of quantum-accelerated AI models using hybrid computing architectures
- Architect ethical AI frameworks with real-time bias detection and mitigation
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (quantum physicists, neuroscientists, ethicists)
- Drive innovation in neuromorphic computing and brain-computer interfaces
- Translate theoretical research into deployable solutions with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- 8+ years in ML/AI with 3+ years in production-level autonomous systems
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with experience in quantum ML frameworks
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Proven track record shipping AI products with measurable business impact
- Deep knowledge of neuromorphic computing and quantum machine learning
- Experience with federated learning and privacy-preserving AI techniques
- PhD or equivalent in CS/ML/AI or related field from top-tier institution
