Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune proprietary machine learning models tailored for high-velocity trading and predictive analytics.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Implement model compression and quantization techniques to reduce latency and improve inference speed on edge devices.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in 2026 AI trends, exploring novel architectures such as Transformer variants and diffusion models.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business problems into mathematical solutions.
- Code Quality & Deployment: Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines and maintain high standards of code hygiene using modern DevOps practices.
Qualifications
- Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Core Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in building production-grade AI systems with a focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Kubernetes.
- Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex algorithmic bottlenecks under tight deadlines.
