Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise applications.
- Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure AI systems are ethical, transparent, and compliant with data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Strong background in big data technologies (Spark, Kafka) and database management.
