Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning and deep learning models with a focus on scalability and real-time inference.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure models operate efficiently in production environments.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends in LLMs, Computer Vision, and NLP to integrate novel technologies into our product suite.
- Data Strategy: Lead the data engineering strategy, ensuring high-quality data ingestion, cleaning, and feature engineering.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly features.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or a similar research role.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
