Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade ML pipelines for autonomous decision systems
- Develop novel neural architectures for real-time generative AI applications
- Optimize models for edge deployment in IoT and robotics ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams from prototype to commercial deployment
- Contribute to 3+ patentable AI innovations annually
- Mentor junior engineers on cutting-edge ML best practices
- Research and integrate emerging AI frameworks (e.g., transformers, diffusion models)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in production ML/AI development with Python/PyTorch
- PhD or MS in Computer Science/AI with top-tier publications
- Proven track record deploying scalable ML systems at AWS/GCP/Azure
- Expertise in computer vision, NLP, and reinforcement learning
- Strong background in MLOps and CI/CD for ML pipelines
