Responsibilities
- Design and deploy robust machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel transformer architectures and generative AI models.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs through quantization and pruning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure production-grade reliability.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and model versioning.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to market.
