Responsibilities
- Architect LLM Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, high-performance pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for 2026 standards.
- Autonomous Agent Development: Build and refine autonomous agents capable of complex decision-making and multi-step reasoning tasks using modern AI frameworks.
- Model Optimization: Reduce inference latency and costs through aggressive model pruning, quantization, and edge-device deployment strategies.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI trends (e.g., Agentic AI, Multimodal Learning) and integrating them into our production stack.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex research concepts into robust, user-friendly software solutions.
- MLOps Implementation: Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, ensuring automated testing and reliable deployment cycles.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, and vector databases.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize algorithms for speed and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
