Responsibilities
- Lead the design, training, and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal architectures.
- Develop and optimize scalable MLOps pipelines using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Implement cutting-edge techniques in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deploy AI solutions.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate new frameworks for 2026 readiness.
- Ensure model performance, security, and ethical AI compliance in all deployments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Strong understanding of Transformer models, attention mechanisms, and vector databases.
- Experience with distributed training, model serving, and productionizing ML models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
