Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms tailored for 2026 scalability requirements.
- Lead the architecture of high-throughput inference pipelines for Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Implement robust MLOps strategies to ensure model reliability, version control, and automated retraining workflows.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, algorithmic bias mitigation, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards within the engineering team.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum ML interfaces, Neural Architecture Search) to stay ahead of the 2026 curve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformers, and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Proven track record of improving model performance (latency, accuracy, throughput) in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
