Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Research and implement novel approaches in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize existing models for improved accuracy and inference speed in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data science) to integrate AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to our roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of machine learning theory and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
