Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune advanced machine learning models (NLP, Computer Vision, etc.).
- Optimize model inference and scalability on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production products.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the engineering culture.
- Research and implement the latest breakthroughs in the AI field.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
- Experience with LLMs (Hugging Face, LangChain) is highly preferred.
