Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and distributed computing systems.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI algorithms, focusing on next-gen NLP and computer vision.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate advanced AI models into real-world user experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for global deployment.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience designing MLOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
