Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable ML pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) optimized for high-volume inference.
- Model Innovation: Lead research and development in state-of-the-art AI models, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise-level products, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Roadmap Planning: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities through 2026 and beyond.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, security protocols, and MLOps practices.
Qualifications
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Generative AI: Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning strategies.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
