Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines and scalable AI infrastructure for production environments.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative models to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, exploring novel architectures and algorithms to drive product differentiation.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data engineers to ensure robust data pipelines, quality assurance, and data governance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design) to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor model accuracy, drift, and system health to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Cloud Expertise: Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex mathematical and algorithmic problems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
