Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models with a focus on accuracy and latency optimization.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless model deployment and monitoring in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Conduct research on novel neural architectures and algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Optimize data pipelines for large-scale dataset processing and feature engineering.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, and generative AI techniques.
