Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-level growth.
- Strategic Innovation: Lead research initiatives focused on emerging AI trends (e.g., LLMs, reinforcement learning) to ensure we are ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the full lifecycle of model development, from data ingestion and preprocessing to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep Learning: Strong understanding of deep neural networks, NLP, and computer vision architectures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical approaches.
