Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and large-scale neural network architectures for our flagship 2026 products.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI models, optimizing for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- System Optimization: Oversee the engineering of MLOps frameworks to ensure seamless model training, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with emerging regulations.
- Talent Mentorship: Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Innovation: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical vision and roadmap for the company's AI expansion.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused specifically on AI/ML architecture and large-scale system design.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience with Transformer architectures and LLM fine-tuning (e.g., GPT, LLaMA).
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
