Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for AI infrastructure scaling, specifically targeting requirements for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Architect High-Performance Systems: Design resilient, distributed neural network training pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale datasets.
- Quantum Readiness: Integrate classical AI architectures with emerging quantum computing paradigms to prepare our models for quantum supremacy.
- Optimize Compute Efficiency: Implement advanced model quantization and pruning techniques to reduce inference costs by 40%.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with data scientists and researchers to translate theoretical models into production-grade software.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is accepted.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in system architecture, specifically within the Machine Learning or AI sector.
