Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AI integration and future scalability.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends (e.g., AGI, Quantum Computing) and evaluate their potential impact on our business strategy.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Oversee the architecture of large-scale systems ensuring high performance, security, and ethical AI compliance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or product strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining successful technology roadmaps for major projects.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
