Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on AI integration and quantum-readiness.
- Oversee the deployment of Generative AI models to enhance product capabilities and user experience.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging tech trends (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Autonomous Systems) to determine commercial viability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech solutions into current workflows.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in adopting futuristic technologies early in the development cycle.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Proven track record of implementing AI solutions that have significantly impacted business metrics.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalability.
- Futurist mindset with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies.
