Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and oversee the development of cutting-edge AI systems, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), computer vision, and autonomous agents.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Build scalable, fault-tolerant cloud architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and real-time inference.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives exploring emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing integration and Edge AI deployment.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define technical roadmaps that align with the company's 2026 vision, ensuring all projects deliver tangible business value.
- Talent & Mentorship: Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead architect or senior engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Deep Neural Networks, and NLP concepts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
