Role Overview:
You will own the architectural vision for our core AI engines, ensuring they are robust, ethical, and scalable for the demands of 2026. You will collaborate with a world-class team of quantum computing specialists, neural network engineers, and product strategists.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of handling massive data streams in real-time.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical trajectory for 2026, integrating emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead POCs (Proof of Concepts) for experimental AI models and determine their viability for production deployment.
- Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards, review practices, and architectural governance across the engineering team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused specifically on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future Tech Fluency: Demonstrated interest and experience in emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 era (e.g., Quantum Machine Learning, Transformer Models, or Edge Computing).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
