Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Roadmaps: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, specifically targeting readiness and optimization for 2026.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and cloud architectures using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Research & Development: Collaborate with R&D teams to explore emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and advanced NLP.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance to ensure high accuracy and low latency.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
