Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into real-world applications, ensuring robustness and low latency.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms capable of evolving autonomously based on environmental data.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, significantly reducing inference costs and improving speed.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI feature releases aligned with our 2026 strategic vision.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying models that handle high-volume, high-velocity data streams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
