Responsibilities

- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging AI trends to ensure our technology stack remains competitive.
- Optimize model performance, reduce inference latency, and ensure high availability for real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying complex models in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
