Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models, specifically focusing on Generative AI and NLP.
- Optimize and fine-tune pre-trained models (e.g., BERT, GPT) for specific domain applications to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy, robustness, and efficiency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including model versioning, A/B testing, and monitoring for production environments.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of statistics, probability, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Effective communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
