Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art artificial intelligence models focused on the Project 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize deep neural networks for high-throughput, low-latency inference in real-world applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and Neural Architecture Search.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model reproducibility and deployment stability.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience deploying models in production environments using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Transformer architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
