Responsibilities
- Architect and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models tailored for enterprise-scale applications.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning projects, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Pioneer new methodologies in generative AI and multimodal learning to stay ahead of market trends.
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, architecture reviews, and mentorship of junior engineers.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Proven success in deploying models into production environments with high availability and low latency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
