Responsibilities
- Lead the Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Model Architecture: Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models and LLM pipelines tailored for enterprise deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference speed and reduce computational costs for production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
