Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our upcoming AI systems, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals for the future.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement high-performance machine learning models and infrastructure capable of handling massive data volumes.
- Research & Development: Stay at the bleeding edge of AI trends, exploring new methodologies to enhance our product offerings.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and fairness standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and think critically about system architecture.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
