Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and neural networks.
- Optimize existing AI pipelines for speed, scalability, and cost-efficiency to support high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment (MLOps).
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including advancements in transformers, reinforcement learning, and edge computing.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to drive continuous improvement of product features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in Python and deep frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end ML solutions in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
