Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI models, focusing on LLMs, Computer Vision, and predictive analytics.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural vision for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver cutting-edge features.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing models for latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in high-traffic production environments.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
